Nicolas Gecan and Jim Kwiatkowski: Flesh & Stone

Opening reception April 20 from 5-7pm

The two person exhibit “Flesh and Stone” features new paintings by Nic Gecan and Jim Kwiatkowski. In addition to their own paintings exhibited, Nic and Jim collaborated on one large scale canvas where Jim starting the painting using a process of working with a model to create body prints on canvas at the Mulholland Wildflower Preserve, then he handed the canvas over to Nic to finish using his own method of rubbing and printing flat stone on the canvas.
